2. Nature of Platform (Skill-Based Gaming)

• Krida Esports LLP offers only skill-based esports tournaments.
• No betting, gambling, or games of chance are offered.
• Match outcomes depend purely on player skill, strategy, and performance.

3. User Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities conducted through their account
• Ensuring compliance with platform rules

Krida Esports LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, cheating, or misuse.

4. Tournament Rules

• Each tournament has specific rules, formats, and schedules.
• Violation of rules (cheating, hacks, multiple accounts, collusion) will lead to disqualification without refund.
• Admin decisions are final and binding.

5. Payments & Transactions

• Entry fees are required for certain tournaments.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, and Paytm.
• Krida Esports LLP does not store sensitive payment details.

6. Prizes & Winnings

• Prizes are credited only after successful verification.
• Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.
• Krida Esports LLP reserves the right to withhold winnings in case of rule violations.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use cheats, mods, scripts, or hacks
• Create multiple accounts
• Manipulate match outcomes
• Abuse staff or other players
• Engage in unlawful activities

Violation may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of winnings.

8. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

Krida Esports LLP is not liable for:

• Internet or device failures
• Payment gateway downtime
• Game server issues beyond our control
• Losses due to user negligence
