1. Tournament Entry Fees
- Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started.
- Entry fees may be refundable only if:
- The tournament is cancelled by Krida Esports LLP
- A technical error causes a duplicate payment
2. Tournament Cancellation by Krida Esports LLP
If a tournament is cancelled due to:
- Technical failure
- Insufficient participants
- Administrative reasons
Refund Action: Entry fees will be refunded or credited to the user wallet within 5–7 working days.
3. User-Initiated Cancellation
- Users cannot cancel participation once registered.
- Failure to join a match on time is considered a no-show and is not eligible for refund.
4. Disqualification & Rule Violations
No refunds will be issued if a user is:
- Disqualified for cheating or misconduct
- Banned for violating platform rules
- Using multiple or fake accounts
5. Payment Failures & Duplicate Transactions
- If payment is deducted but tournament entry is not confirmed, users may contact support.
- Verified failed or duplicate transactions will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
6. Refund Mode
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method or the platform wallet.
- Processing timelines depend on payment gateway and bank policies.
7. Winnings Are Non-Refundable
Tournament winnings once credited cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
