KridaESports - Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and refunds of entry fees for tournaments within the KridaESports. We use Razorpay for secure payment processing, and their own terms and conditions may apply within specific contexts.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Tournament cancellation by the App: In case of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, we may need to cancel a tournament. If you have registered and paid the entry fee for a cancelled tournament, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5-7 business days.
- User cancellation before match start: You can cancel your participation in a tournament and receive a full refund as long as you do so before the first match of the tournament begins.
- Technical issues during gameplay: If you experience technical issues during a tournament that significantly prevent you from participating, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the severity and timing of the issue. Please contact us through the app's support system to report your case.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct: If you are found to be cheating or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct during a tournament, you will be disqualified and forfeit your entry fee. This includes, but is not limited to, aimbots, wallhacks, exploiting in-game glitches, abusive behavior towards other players, and teaming up with players from opposing teams.
- No-shows or disconnects: If you miss your matches without notification or disconnect intentionally, you will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that technical issues may arise, so please reach out to the Tournament Admin within 5 minutes of disconnect to discuss potential solutions and refund possibilities.
- Refund time limit: All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the tournament completion.
3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Open the KridaESports.
- Go to your "My Tournaments" section.
- Select the tournament you wish to cancel your participation in.
- Tap on the "Cancel and Refund" button (available before the first match starts).
- Choose the reason for your cancellation from the provided options.
- Submit your request.
Our team will review your request and process your refund within 5-7 business days if deemed eligible. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the tournament entry fee.
4. Important Notes:
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the App and will be effective immediately.
Please note that Razorpay may have its own processing fees associated with refunds, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We encourage you to carefully review the tournament rules and eligibility criteria before registering for any tournament.
